I’ve now been taking these for the past week or so and have noticed that I’m not in as much pain as I usually am. I’m disabled and my joints hurt. Mostly my back, hips, and my fingers. After using this for just a week or so, I’m finding very good results. I recommend this product.
Very fast shipping. the instructions says that you are supposed to take 3 pills a day before a meal no more than 6 pills a day, But My husband is taking 3 pills per day. He was having a pain in the wrist and is getting better, is not automatically, but he thinks it is working very well. One side effect of the pills, is that he thinks that his my mouth was dry after taking the pills. He have been taking the pills for only one week and is feeling great. He thinks that his flexibility and movement got better and I would recommend these pills joint lubrication and pain.
Works just as good as Osteo Bi-flex, but costs less. The only negative i have is having to take 3 capsules at a time, would not be an issue if they were easier to swallow. But the results are what matter, and they work for me.
